Saint Patrick’s Day Green Goddess Smoothie
Get your greens on with your vitamin full green smoothie!
Ingredients:
•1 cup spinach
•1 cup coconut milk or water
•1/2 cup mango
• 1/2 cup watermelon
• 1/2 cup pineapple
• 1 banana
• 1 handful Brazil, cashews or walnuts
• 2 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds•1 teaspoon Vitamin C Power 2000
• 1 scoop Collagen Supreme
• 1 scoop Alkaline Greens
• 1 dropper Vitamin D, K1, K2
• 1/2 dropper Witamin A PURE
• 1 Colostrum Immune Support capsule
• 1 Zinc Prime capsule
• 1 cup ice (optional)
Instructions:
- Add to blender ice and wet items first
- Add remainder items
- Blend 30 sec – 1 minute and serve.
