Holiday Nutmeg Alkaline Immune Smoothie
- 2 cups almond milk, coconut milk or other non-dairy milk
- 2 cups packed kale leaves
- 1 cup pear chunks
- 1 tbsp monk fruit, agave or maple syrup
- 1 small banana (4 ounces in the peel)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 scoop Alkaline Greens orange/cranberry
- 1 scoop Collagen powder
- 3 drops Vitamin A Pure
- 5 drops Vitamin D Pure
- 1 tablespoon Probiotics
- ½ scoop Vitamin C Powder
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. * Tip: for best blending, layer ingredients with liquids on bottom, then powders and spices, fruits and greens in the middle, and ice on top.
- Blend until smooth around 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with some cinnamon on top. Serve immediately.
