Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. * Tip: for best blending, layer ingredients with liquids on bottom, then powders and spices, fruits and greens in the middle, and ice on top.
  2.  Blend until smooth around 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with some cinnamon on top.  Serve immediately.
